Freezing weather can shorten the fall cleaning window. These long-term air-temperature averages show the seasonal pattern; they do not predict when a particular gutter freezes. Ottawa uses 1981–2010 normals and Boston 1991–2020, so compare the patterns rather than treating them as a same-period forecast.

Is the price on the screen really the price?
Yes, when the home matches what you picked. If it doesn’t (a three-storey booked as a bungalow), we tell you the right price before any work starts and you can cancel at no charge.
When do I pay?
After the job, by card, from a secure link sent with the before-and-after photos. No deposit.
Who does the work?
An independent local pro who passed our checks (insurance, WSIB clearance in Ontario, references and a paid trial job) and works on a UpkeepGo work order. UpkeepGo sets the price, takes the payment and stands behind the job.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as the gates are open and every side of the house can be reached. You get the photos and the payment link by text.
When is it too late in the season?
It depends on that week’s weather and the condition of your gutters. Our fall request window currently runs through late November in Ottawa and mid-December around Boston. If conditions prevent a visit, we arrange another date.
Where do you work?
Ottawa (Kanata, Stittsville, Barrhaven, Nepean, Orléans, Gloucester, Riverside South and nearby) and Greater Boston (Newton, Brookline, Needham, Wellesley, Weston, Lexington, Arlington and nearby).
What is the guarantee?
If something we did isn’t right, tell us within 7 days and we come back to fix it at no charge. If it still isn’t right, we refund the job.
