- Ottawa collects leaf and yard waste every week with no limit, but only in paper yard-waste bags or a reusable container labelled “Leaf and Yard Waste” (no lid, 140 L and 15 kg at most), set out separately from the green bin. - In Ontario, electrical work done for pay must be done by a Licensed Electrical Contractor and reported to the Electrical Safety Authority. We never touch wiring: lights plug into an existing GFCI-protected outdoor outlet, and a new outlet for a TV is a job for a licensed electrician.
- City-owned boulevard trees are protected: Ottawa’s Tree Protection By-law forbids attaching fixtures to a municipal tree without the City’s authorization, so we only light trees on your own property.
