Booked jobs, paid every Friday.
We sell gutter and eavestrough cleaning, holiday lights, dryer vent cleaning and TV mounting at fixed prices, and send the booked jobs to vetted local owner-operators. You keep 70% of the job price (75% for holiday lights). No lead fees, no bidding, no chasing payment.

Add-ons pay 75%. Payment every Friday by e-Transfer (Canada) or ACH (US) for jobs completed and photographed by Wednesday.
How it works
- We sell the job at a fixed price and confirm it with the customer.
- You get a work order by text with the address, scope, photos to take and the time window. Accept or pass within 2 hours.
- You do the job and upload before-and-after photos.
- We collect payment from the customer and pay you on Friday. Rework within 7 days for a fault in the work is at no charge; if the customer was wrong, we pay you for the return visit.
Requirements
- Commercial general liability insurance: $2M (Ontario) or $1M (US), naming UpkeepGo as additional insured.
- Ontario: a valid WSIB clearance certificate.
- Your own equipment: ladders with stand-offs, scoops, vent brushes and vacuum, stud finder and drill, as the service needs.
- Two customer references and one paid trial job.
- No cash or side deals with UpkeepGo customers for 12 months after a job.
